Founded in 2002, MicroSys has consistently provided great engineers and mission support to 19+ Federal agencies, integrating the best people, processes, and technology to deliver value driven IT solutions to our customers nationwide. Our focus is enabling the United States Government, specifically in the Intelligence Community; Homeland Security & Law Enforcement; and Armed Forces, to meet their mission-critical objectives and to better serve our country's citizens.

Laura B. Settle
Laura serves as the CEO of MIcroSys, a "Golden Rule" based Cyber Security and Systems Engineering company.
In the capacity of CEO, Laura drives the overall culture, operational contract management and financial direction of MicroSys positioning it for optimal success within the Federal Government sector.
She is responsible for developing and executing:

- Financial Oversight, Management and Operations
- Backup Facility Security Officer (FSO)
- Contract Management and Administration
- Human Resources, Recruiting Strategies, and Methodologies.
As a Certified 8(m) Economically Disadvantaged Woman-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB), MicroSys is a strategic partner for Federal Contracting Officers as well both Large and Medium Federal Systems Integrators in meeting not only their Small Business Goals, but their Woman-Owned (WOSB) and Economically Disadvantaged Woman-Owned (EDWOSB) goals!

Mike serves as the President of MicroSys, a “Golden Rule” based Federal Cyber Security and Systems Engineering company.
In the capacity of President Mike drives the overall business development, growth strategy, program and contract execution, customer relationship management, partner channel development, and financial direction of MicroSys positioning it for optimal success within the Federal Government sector.
He is responsible for developing and executing:
