MicroSys' Quality Control System (QCS), which is ISO 9001:2008 modeled, will be used to ensure successful service delivery on all SeaPort tasks. Our QCS will ensure both the government and MicroSys management have adequate insight into the status and quality of all tasks performed over the life of this contract.
MicroSys uses a systematic approach to managing the Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) of all deliverables that are provided to our customers. QA is achieved through both: a) establishing requirements upfront for the quality of the product, including setting expectations through stakeholder participation, review, and sign-off of requirements and acceptance criteria; and b) implementing and enforcing quality processes and procedures over the duration of the task. Effective QC is attained by implementing methodologies, processes, and procedures to evaluate the quality of a product and associated documentation and interfaces.
Our Quality Management program will be supported by our corporate Director of Quality Management who will review the results of task quality monitoring done on the contract and will perform periodic audits in support of all program tasks and deliverables.
Critical to success is the ability to effectively staff various types of tasks under this contract. MicroSys' management has a clear understanding of the functional roles required for success. We have the experience staffing similar complex engagements necessary to ensure quality deliverables, schedule adherence, and cost savings.
