Coverage for all benefit plans is effective on the first of the month following the date of employment. MicroSys' Benefits Program includes:

Medical
Regular, full-time employees are eligible to enroll in a comprehensive benefits package, including a major Medical Plan. Coverage for all benefit plans is effective on the first of the month following the date of employment. Our comprehensive medical plan is with Southern Health, a Coventry company.

Vision
Regular, full-time employees are eligible to enroll in a comprehensive benefits package, including a Vision Plan. Our comprehensive Vision plan is with Southern Health, a Coventry company.

Dental
Regular, full-time employees are eligible to enroll in a comprehensive benefits package, including Dental Coverage. Our comprehensive Dental Plan is with Metlife.

Life Insurance
Regular, full-time employees are automatically enrolled in our Life Insurance Plan at no cost to the employee. Our Life Insurance Plan is with UNUM.

Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance
Regular, full-time employees are automatically enrolled in our Life AD&D Plan at no cost to the employee. Our Life AD&D Plan is with UNUM.

Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance
Regular, full-time employees are automatically enrolled in our Disability Programs at no cost to the employee, which covers both Short- and Long-Term Disability.  Our Disability Program is with UNUM.

Health and Wellness
MicroSys reimburses each employee up to $250 per year for their Health & Wellness (examples: athletic club memberships; nutrition programs; sports of athletic equipment used for general fitness)

401(K) Retirement Plan
Regular, full time employees are eligible for participation in our 401(k) retirement plan.

Paid Time Off (PTO)
Years 1-3 15 days (120 hours) per calendar year
Years 4-7 20 days (160 hours) per calendar year
Years 7+ 25 days (200 hours) per calendar year

Holidays
MicroSys offers its employees nine (9) paid holidays throughout the calendar year.

Parking/Metro Reimbursement
MicroSys provides all billable employees up to $150 in monthly reimbursement for metro or parking expenses.  

Direct Deposit
All MicroSys employees are offered Direct Deposit as an option for a timely, convenient, and stress-free payroll.

Section 125
MicroSys offers all regular, full-time employees who participate in our Benefits Program to have their insurance deductions taken out on a pre-tax basis.
